Coaching is just another word for teacher. You start out each season with a clean slate and a bunch of individuals. At the end of the season you smile at a high quality team and remember some of them thought the line of scrimmage was painted blue like on TV or a flyer was a type of bird. It is at times the most challenging and rewarding thing we can do for our future generations.
